Happy Sunday! It's hard to believe, but next Saturday, April 1st, will mark 90 days since New Year's Day. It is also the end of the first quarter of the year. Where are you with those 2023 goals today? Remember the excitement and momentum you had with your goals in January? (Takes 30 minutes) Reviewing and auditing your goals and goal progress every so often is an excellent habit to get into. This is because it helps you get re-motivated if you've fallen off track.
